Before sending your defective product to be exchanged, you must first contact the Product Support and talk to any of our staff who will authorize the exchange to be done.
Any product sent to our warranty must come with the return authorization form completely filled up. Otherwise the product will not be accepted.

Auvo ID, ID USB and IP
01. Auvo Recorders ID, ID USB and IP, have 1 (one) years warranty, starting from the date seen on Auvo warranty sticker.
02. Our warranty only covers malfunctions detected in any part of the product, including the hardware, manuals, and cables.
03. This warranty becomes void if it is detected damage in any part of the product caused by fall, if the unit was improperly installed, modified or tampered by unauthorized center or personnel.
04. Auvo warrants its product to be free from malfunctions and defects, and that it will function properly if the usage as well as the installation is according to our manual.
05. It is discard the possibility of any amends for injury caused due to the improperly use of this product.
06. This warranty does not cover shipping costs or other expenses spent on sending the product to be repaired or exchanged.
07. It's the entire responsibility of the user, the installation and/or configuration of his PC and other parts.
08. When installing Auvo, you are accepting all terms and conditions regarding to the use of it. All our software are freeware, however protected by copyright law.
09. We will refuse exchanging defective products that do not follow the proceedings below.
09.1. Each product must be checked by Auvo's support team before its exchange.
